I agree MWAR, given its installed base on strength in some key niches (set top box, pagers, etc) seems grossly undervalued. Also, they are in the Panasonic Car Navigation Systems, which has either #1 or #2 market share in Japan. Of course, they were having problems making numbers and keeping expenses down.

Have heard repeatedly as a rumour that MOT may be picking them up. After MOT's acquisition of Metrowerks, that seems like a real possibility. I went out and bought MWAR shares.
