The issue is why's nobody interested in measuring this company's success. I mean, set objectives and suitable timelines and let's all determine how the company does. Instead, what we get is phrasology like yours: in a couple of weeks should start seeing results ... shortly project is ongoing Bob, with respect -- and I mean that -- I've heard this crap for nearly three years. The reason I'm "hell-bent" is that I'm completely frustrated with this company, and tired of phoning the office only to have some miserable thirtysomething, never-had-a-mortgage mouthpiece either lie outright, be evasive, or spin bad news. You sound experienced, and I think you'll agree: there has to be some accountability. Meanwhile, if wonks like JP just use this thread to echo the partyline, where's the pressure to change.
