Theo, I can't find the info about Bible's sale of his shares. Can you post a link please? If it is true then I think the company could plan to file for BK. But another reason could be that Bible in fact will be replaced and reduces his stake for this reason. For many decades the management took care of shareholders, I simply cannot believe that they now throw away all the confidence and the good long term relationship to their shareholders. If shareholders feel that they a screwed by the management, then I really have no hope and the damage would be immense.
