I think he's saying MSFT is exploiting some gaps in the GAAP (pun attempted) in ways and to an extent that's unique. I don't think he's saying they're doing anything illegal, just deceptive.

But that's JMHO.

This fellow sound a little loony to me.

JDN... I disagree... I thought a lot of it was right on... Have your read The Economist article? They did agree with this premise. The options should be expensed. I think Warren Buffet has made this point also...???
