Apparently iNHEL is not receiving a royalty fee concerning the PC66, PC100, and PC133 memory chips themselves, so the claimed violations of the P6 bus does not include this memory type.
AMD using a modified EV6 bus from DEC utilizing PC100, DDR SDRAM or whatever does not violate iNTEL's P6 architecture.

iNTEL News Network (Cnet) still the only source that I have found of the rererelease of the JUNE iNTEL/VIA difficulties.
