TDG...while Softbank (SFTBF aka 9984) is non-ADR (trades on the TSE), you can buy from almost any US broker...only catch is that most will not let you buy odd lots (must be 100 share blocks and now trading at $423=$42K price of admission)...the exception to this rule is Merrill.

Softbank is the only true global net play, owns about 80-90 net properties and is still relatively undiscovered in the US ...there's also a terrific SI thread on Softbank with some great folks who are more than willing to help each other:
