Whats wrong with a whole new disk exactly like the old one, isn't that what you want, you have windows and the new registry on the new system already.

Otherwise:

Don't copy the registry, just copy the files, partition the new disk if you want to make it more complicated than you have to, and reload the Dlls like you want, the new registry will ask you if you want to do thin.

Easier than copying the whole thing one floppy disk at a time..

And I don't mean this sarcastically, but do you work mainly with unix?
