S.C: You are quite right about an average by Nov 8.

NN has and can make 5 pts in 4 days or 10 pts in 16 days ,if there are +ve strings of news and some Analysts Buys to support it during that period.

If NN is keen about the acquisition, NN can arrange with STII to postpone their meeting for 2 more weeks and extend the average period terminal date. If earnings have been met, I would be inclined towards sucn an option.

S.C:We were finally proven right about NN's capacity w/o
attending those hyped Conference calls/Seminars and posts etc.

ATM is not going to turn NN around. The fastest growing sector is Wireless and MPLS with I.P over Sonet. ATM margins have peaked and on the decline. As T.M stated NN's products are not able to increase Market share in the USA where overall NETWORK revenue is the greatest.

This stock is now going to have one long rest.!
