I am not arguing with you, but how often do you copy the disk to a new computer, once every 4 months. :)

With out making it overly complicated, Direct Cable Connect is in your program file under Start programs Accessories, System Tools (or communications), click on it. Its got its own help screen. If its not there its still on your window cd, so you have to add/remove. True it is not plug and play. Were talking five clicks here.

Yes someone can create lots of complications, but basically That's it.

Your point, that this is part of the New Sale Experience and should be easy, is well taken,

Maybe INTEL should tell MS to put the button on the startup screen for new computers??????

That would be a cheap fix, for now.
