Every day I watch this situation - the more unhappy I get. I am going to call or e-mail Alex or who ever is suppose to be operating that business and ask them what the hell is going on. They owe their investors some explanation. I don't think they even think about the investors who have been behind them for years. They should get on CNBC and explain this deal - I thought they would have already. Maybe, I missed it. Everybody is just sitting and waiting and in the mean time - no body is making any money or should I say the investors aren't - but who is? Something is just not right - I expect to wake up one of these mornings and see some news - suprise - surprise from Alex. Susan

I just sent this e-mail to the company: What is your reasoning behind selling Divicom? Are you thinking of your investors and the future? To make things worst spin off or sell the remaining semiconductor operations upon the close of the Harmonic deal- ending C-Cube's existence as a separate public company. Explain this to me - I have been a share holder for 5 years and as other investors had high expectations - now what? Where does this put us? Why don't you get on CNBC and explain this entire deal to the street. No one really knows what is happening - the stock is doing nothing and the mean time we all sit and wait. A explanation is in order. Thank you. Susan Mueller
