Once January rolls around watch NTOP and IDTC plummet. Both are crappy companies with crappy management as evidenced by latest late 10-K filing: The Registrant has devoted all of its attention and energy to the further development of its business and accordingly is unable to file its Form 10-K for the year ended July 31, 1999 within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort and expense. Reiterate "Run For the Hills the Cattle Are Dying" rating.
