3. $$$ MOTOROLA ANNOUNCES CELL PHONE CHIP

Motorola Inc (MOT) introduced a new chip that may eventually allow mobile
phones to work with most any wireless network in the world. Motorola said
mobile phone manufacturers will be able to use the same chip in all
products, regardless of which market they are being built for. The new
chip can support all the commonly used wireless standards: code-division
multiple access (CDMA), global system for mobile communications (GSM),
integrated digital enhanced network (iDEN), and time division multiple
access (TDMA), as well as satellite-based products.

COMMENT: No other firm in the world offers this product now. Now here
comes Motorola with a potential blockbuster product. Run out and buy MOT?
You could . . . . or you could run out and buy QualComm (QCOM), Phone.com
(PHCM), Nokia (NOK) or any of the other stocks in our Wireless Portfolio.
www.Bull-Market.com. We think you ultimately will do much better using
this strategy. Motorola seems never to quite figure out how to do it
right.
