My point exactly. I can assure you with 100% certainty that ECI uses the chipset of one the vendors on your list.

I'm not 100% certain about anything --- other than death and taxes.

Has the vendor licensed? If so, there's no violation and my information is incorrect. (The suit in progress has nothing to do with licensing. That's a side issue.) If the chip vendor hasn't licensed then my source is right.

I apologize for being harsh. I mistook you for an old ghost and shouldn't have.

Pat, your apology accepted, and mine given. Lets table this ECI issue, and keep the discussion on NN.

So when will NN have to pay up to LU <g>? Just kidding, of course.

Let's hope the stock can continue its recent upward momentum.
