FWIW, my broker does not think the spin would normally be taxable, but not sure in this case. He said it really does not matter, because even if the spin is not taxable, the sale would be, and C-semi has left open the option to do either, so the street will always value at the most conservative price in a case like this. C-semi worth $1 billion, or about $21 per share, less 33% estimated tax equals $14. I for one still plan to vote no, buy as Maya said, probably won't matter. Good Luck.

You can say this at any time about any stock. Nevertheless, it adds nothing to the discussion, other than an overtone of paranoia.
I watched CUBE drop at least a point on 10K shares. I think that means the MMs are playing.
Until some broker or fund moves into Cube aggresively it will bounce around without much direction.
