Razor, Parker's 3rd quarter loss, excluding non-recurring items, was $19 million dollars and reflects 1st & 2nd quarter crude prices that dipped to $10/barrel. After sustaining that loss (and of course, after their sale of some previous investments - and their subsequent profit) they have $50 million dollars in cash and a revolving credit line of another $50 million dollars.

If you're privy to some knowledge that Parker is planning to spend another $284 million dollars on capital expenditures over the next 22 months, obviously I'd be interested in hearing about it.
