Small details on the filings are slipping through my brain, slowly, drip, drip, drip....like the stock price. What papers have been filed? What is left to be filed? What is the deadline for continued listing on OTCBB? Was it April? Yes, I think so. Has this company ever met a deadline? I would say time is getting short, considering the review process, understaffing, etc., as noted above. And if the review process is not finished before the deadline arrives, TEXN will be delisted until the review process is complete. So maybe there are some MMs that are betting on delisting. On the other hand, if this is such a crappy company about to miss deadlines with no visible means of support, why is the number of MMs increasing instead of decreasing? Are they just vultures circling for the kill? I don't think so. I think they see some action coming and they want a piece of it. They are just trading shares back and forth, looking for a bottom they can sit on.
