He is just a little frustrated right now.

I called Rory Moore and asked him the same thing. The study is well underway. We are fortunate in the timing as the EIS must cover both the wet and dry season and the wet season began a few weeks ago.

My guess is sometime in January.

If you take Lazarus response and my response add them together then divide in two you will get an average.
He is an optimist, I think its 1 year away from production.
Once the environmental impact statement is complete they must start from scratch on the equipment since I am to understand that Harry took it with him.....DD
