I have a feeling Mr. McGinn will either Fix or Sell the non-growing part of the BCS which is Systemax division in next 12 months. Other segments like Call centers and messaging, Definity servers are doing well. There is just one weak spot. This is the sign of a great management. Look at GE under Jack Welch. Jack either fixed or got rid of the non-performers. They ket NBC and sold the RCA consumer division. GE payroll eas trimmed until it was efficient.

In 21st century, there is no place for non-perfomers. Gone are life time employments. This one of the reasons for the surprising absence of wage pressure despite low unemployment rates.

Regards,
BR

That's the right time to trim. Economy is growing and can take up the redundant people somewher else in the economy.

I hope this serves as a lesson to Ericsson.
