Hi Chris, Big delay is right! The rumours were of a buy-out prior to the news release. So when MTP announced the deal with BCE Emergis, people who didn't know better were kind of disappointed. I guess they were looking for a quick flip. Now it seems MTP is doing the circuit talking to brokers etc. so maybe people are starting to figure out that this is a good deal after all. That's what I've been able to piece together of the story. Of course I don't know anything for sure except this stock is doing exactly what I thought it would given the people involved and the history of similar Quebec stocks like IFM & GIB.A that went unnoticed for so long.
