I don't care who buys CN as long as it's at a nice premium ( long @ $7 )

CY will still be a nice fit for the entry level and casual surfers.

No, I think that it will be MCI/Worldcom....

#1)The executive committee that was just formed to look for a buyer includes all the board members except the three Sprint USA board members (including the CEO). This was probably done for conflict of interest reasons.

#2)An announcement that CN.B was probably looking for a foreign buyer to get full value.

#3)Telus probably can't afford it if you look at the balance sheet and the GTE members don't want a leveraged company. I think that they only want part of CN.B and Crescendo won't go for that.

#4)Worldcom wants into Canada
