Richard,
This is some information about the Spaceport in Florida.

E-Prime Aerospace is proposing to deploy a canister-launched vehicle (similar to Peacekeeper missile system) from a railcar platform. They would use Kennedy Space Center property to develop necessary processing facilities, and build a spur onto the existing KSC/CCAS rail line that would position their launch platform just south of LC-39.

They sound as though they are moving along.
