ECG The chart is ugly like you mentioned, but I cannot see too much downside from here. The IR dept has been very inept in communicating to investors exactly what is going on with the Nasdaq listing. Everytime someone asks they get a different answer ranging from soon to early next year. The next earnings report comes out in December and it is suppost to be a "Ball buster" as the CEO refered to it. I use technical analysis for chart reading but I also use fundamentals to seek situations where investors are snubbingthe stock for various reasons. The volumes are very low which tells me that these are not institutions bailing out but retail investors either getting margin calls or frustrated and cutting their losses. Ward, I am not very good at picking bottoms until the stocks is about ready to take off. I have to admit that you are much better than i am at that. I do believe that this stock has done much of its selling and will rebound rapidly once the NR start coming out again. I am keeping a close eye on this one and will add to my position once it stabalizes. Vitalsigns PHPI
