Thanks for the update Mudlogger, I saw that they filed yesterday a.m. and read it then. As Triangle's only interest in GLMC is strictly a business deal (not part of the pending merger arrangement- at least as far as we know today!!LOL!!), I skimmed rather than truly "read" it. Appears that GLMC is growing rapidly and is subsequently suffering due to lack of positive cash flow. They make no attempt to hide that fact. As such, it appears that GLMC has more than one private placement (Reg D shares) in place at the same time. It also appears that GLMC is attempting to strengthen its position by pursuing a strategic relationship with Standard Radio. Good move IMHO. I hope for your sake (I assume you are a share-holder) as well as our (Triangles) well-being that Global can obtain its financing requirements so we can maintain and profit from our business arrangement.
