The 64 dollar question (OK, 64 X 10 to some exponent dollar question) is, what is the true nature of switching costs in each category of Internet service. That is the thing I would encourage all Gorilla Game investors to be helping each other think through, because that is where CAP will get determined.

I have been struggling with this darn Icarus Scoring method and mixing it with some other criteria. It's difficult to get a handle on ranking the switching costs and how to apply that in the scoring system when the Icarus only has three levels of rank - Low, Medium and High. Nevertheless, if we can (those that are interested) really nail down this scoring system to a degree of accuracy that is in the ball park - I think the weighted scoring does bring the dominant forces to the fore. Then again, this would be food for the other board. I just mention it here since Geoff's post landed in the G&K folder.

Thanks for your interest and support of the Gorilla Game. I am delighted to hear that people are making money using the philosophy. To be fair, however, in this market even a blind squirrel can find acorns. The real test will be the coming correction.

Now we know why Mr. Moore doesn't do his own investing in the equity markets. I'd like to hear a round table discussion with Greenspan, Moore, Fleckenstein, Tice, Cohen and Battapaglia. The propaganda and gas would be a nice mix.

By the way - still no mention over on the Bill Meade list about the SI link at gorillagame.com.
