Supak, <the major problem seems to be V Core.>
I would recommend to replace the whole mainboard.
The reason is that most likely your old P100
has none of the most recent useful features like
power management, USB, UDMA-66 (or even -33),
temperature and fan speed monitoring, S.M.A.R.T.
disk monitoring, etc, etc. Besides difficulty
with new Vcore settings, there might be problems
with board PS capability to supply enough peak
current. And what I can guarantee you for sure is
that the old BIOS will definitely misrecognize
the processor and misprogram it for best performance.
Look at your case and pick any suitable Super7
board, MicroATX of BabyAT format, if it fits
your case.

Good luck.
