Mike, You're right. This stuff is actionable. I have 3 pages of notes from an 8/4/99 phone conversation with MS, all related to revenue. Included are comments that 2ndQ would be in 100's of thousands, that other major contracts had been signed (you'd laugh at the foolish reasons given for not disclosing these, if it wasn't your own money going down a rathole), and that 1999 rev would be $5MM. There are plenty of others who have been told, either by phone, by e-mail, or in person, the same things. Just understand, a shareholder class action never gets anything of value for the shareholders. But at least you'd have the satisfaction of busting his chops for a while, like he has yours and others for the last year or two. NightHawkZ
