Spectrum Selects Just in Time Solutions to Provide Critical Standards-Based Software SAN FRANCISCO, Nov 2, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Just in Time's BillCast Technology, OFX Certification to Enable Billers and Banks to Exchange Online Bills Just in Time Solutions, a leading provider of Internet billing and interactive customer care software, today announced that Spectrum will use key online billing standards technology from Just in Time's industry leading BillCast(TM) platform. Spectrum, EBP, LLC, a recently formed venture of Chase Manhattan, First Union and Wells Fargo, aims to stimulate broader adoption of online billing by providing the first open, interoperable exchange for financial institutions to route online bills between billers and consumers. Spectrum has also selected Just in Time to provide certification software to ensure that online billing systems of Spectrum members comply with the OFX standard.
