was Alan really running the show or was he just a TM puppet ?

There was a lot of tension, to be sure, especially regarding selling. I don't have to tell you who wanted to hold.

Peppe: to answer your question <<I wonder how much reign Alan really had. Terry is not one to let go of power very easily. You're closer to the situation than I am, though Pat. What do you think, was Alan really running the show or was he just a TM puppet ?>>

alan was in complete control.

the amazing thing to me was how tm stepped aside to let alan run things when he came in. evidence all the old terry pals who alan got rid of. considering terry's personality, i was blown away by the degree to which he did step aside to let alan run things- took a lot to do that. just look @ the conference calls since last summer- alan ran them and terry wasn't even on the calls (@ least not as a participant).

no..... this was alan's show. i think he accomplished a lot but, like terry before him, could not deliver the results.....
