Peppe, my opinions on those names.

Siemens? Perhaps but they aren't agressive enough, or they would have already done it.

Alcatel? Forget about it. Already strong in Europe. They need US strength which NN can't deliver.

Tellabs? Would never happen, as it would gut their pristine balance sheet, income statement, and margins.

Ciena? They understand the future is optical, and it seems thats all they are interested in. Although a merger of equals might be interesting, it wouldn't help shareholders.

Ericcson? Finally back on track (sort of) with its wireless business. Basically, they don't seem interested in data either.

All just my opinion.
