Vulcan Ventures' David Moore Joins BSQUARE's Board of Directors

BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 3, 1999--BSQUARE(R) Corporation (Nasdaq:BSQR) announced today the addition of David Moore, a senior analyst at Vulcan Ventures, to its board of directors.

Vulcan Ventures is an investment firm owned by Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen.

"Dave Moore's technical and leadership expertise will be an asset to BSQUARE," said William Baxter, president and CEO of BSQUARE. "We welcome his guidance as we move forward in supplying software products and services to manufacturers of Internet-enabled intelligent computing devices."

The appointment of Dave Moore to BSQUARE's board of directors follows an investment of $18.7 million in BSQUARE made by Vulcan in September of this year.
