Yes Kevin, it is good news. The beauty of it is that the value of the P s after Dec 29 should never fall out of proportion at 6x's the commons. If they do we have the option to convert and immediately pick up the spread. Kind of an automatic arbitrage, without the hassle. Coupled with todays press release, the stock certainly becomes a play to be "into". This is merely the reason we all got into in the first place isn't it. We just forgot why, as our eyes glazed over with boredom waiting for it to happen. Well perhaps our day has come. Good luck and salute! to us. C
