Jean Claude,

Since you are a name caller, I will respond again. I, Like some others , am waiting for this pig to announce a PO before I invest. Meanwhile, I have to put up with idiots like you who take my posting of quotes from the most recent prospectus as declaring I am short. I am not short. I don't care for your accusation. I beleive you are a shill for CC and are only trying to create the hype to entice fools to part with their money. The prospectus says it all:

We are a development stage company and cannot anticipate when, or if, we will ever have significant revenues from a product. We have derived our revenues primarily from a research and development contract with Delphi Automotive Systems Group, which we completed in May 1998. We presently have limited quantities of commercially developed and manufactured products available for sale. These factors raise substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern.

One observation and one question for you pallisard and pfister.

First, I think you guys too often confuse a boilerplate disclaimer with a statement of fact regarding business status. Your position seems to be that if it is in a filing and it is negative, then it is a disclaimer. And if it is a disclaimer, well, disclaimers are to be ignored.

Second, is it your position that both disclaimers and negative statements of fact on business condition/status are to be ignored or given little consideration?
