BR, well it's business as usual with LU stock lately. Market flying, we are down. This is kind of getting old.

Are you laying off people because they are un-productive or because you don't have any other work for them ? Do you even check why they are un-productive ? Have you tried to train them ? Looks like you have a very short term outlook towards your business and you consider your employees nothing but piece of meat.
