conference call replay 888-277-9386, password "claire" 250 mil purchase price includes about 200 mil of goodwill which has already been determined to be tax deductible as it it amortized at the rate of 20, 30, 30, 40, and 80 mil over the next 5 years. this seems almost too good to be true! suggest people listen to the conf call carefully! some other nuggets buried in there! <g> I added to my position today. next conference call is going to be Nov 11, during which time they'll talk about same store sales.
