Toshiba, which leads the U.S. laptop computer market, said it did not admit legal liability or
acknowledge the possibility of a defect in its notebook computers in Friday's settlement. The
company also said it was not aware of any complaints of the type described in the lawsuit.

So, they didn't do anything wrong, they have never even seen a problem of this nature, yet they are willing to pay $1 BILLION to settle this lawsuit ?????????????? UNREAL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If Toshiba coughed up $1 BILLION for no wrong-doing, what if CPQ actually did something wrong...maybe management can talk them into settling for $10 BILLION or so !!!!! Bend-over time again for CPQ shareholders !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

floppy-disk-drive-chasing attorneys.....scum of the earth !!!!!!!!!!!!

jajajajajajajaja
