Right, Dan Let's do take a poll, independent of the transfer agent, and see how much shareholders are tendering so that everyone can be aware of where we stand. First of all, would someone else like to volunteer to get the word out? But let's plan how to proceed first. Second, I think this poll would be more valid if someone else could participate with me in this. It would be especially good if an uninterested party could do it, but I don't think we could find anybody like that easily. Perhaps someone out there that is already known and established on the boards but that hasn't created too many enemies could help. I will gladly turn this over to someone else who can make it work better, but I will demand they publicly promise to uphold integrity in information before I would turn- over anything that I have begun here. If you support my initiatives with a new poll, let's proceed: Drop me a note specifying how many shares you plan on tendering and if you wish, also tell how many that is out of how many you own mailto:"keltonbaker@cc.usu.edu" Please understand that this will be for informative purposes only and any polling cannot be construed as legal advice of any sort nor will it directly assist or replace in any way the job of the transfer agent or agents of Leah Industries. Again, any personal info that I may receive will be held in strict confidence, but please know that I do wish to have someone else participate in this polling, but will hold them to the same high standards I have established for myself. For this poll, I planning on setting-up a web page that will have a running tally of the data collected. If anyone has some suggestions, welcome! I don't plan on renewing my subscription to SiliconInvestor this time around as I believe that their rivals are getting better, but at a much better price. So if I don't show up around here, you will see me over on RagingBull as Shoestring.
