It's actually a funny statement that you posted. I had to read it twice.

IMDS says:In the event that we are unable to obtain debt or equity financing or are unable to obtain such financing on terms and conditions acceptable to us, we may have to cease or severely curtail our operations.

Then they say:This would materially impact our ability to continue as a going concern.

Now let me say "duh"
