Good Afternoon William I noticed on the technical charts that Dell has just broke out of its double bottom by bopping up above 41. Does this mean anything or not?? Question. What has been going on the last couple of days where the market is selling off especially during the last 45 minutes?? I was hoping that the manipulations to bring the markets down through the summer and early fall was over?? The Democrats better be aware that if we have a 10% drop in the market before the election next year that they can kiss their chances goodbye for sure. Thanks Frank
