Well, sort of. I have not reviewed the suit, but my take and the consensus is that compact does not have much exposure. I also think that if this suit had any substance it would be evidenced by more than an assumed "dampening" effect on the price of the stock. Or, in English, if this suit were significant, the stock would drop like a rock. The fact that CPQ in its usual 'landing glidepath' indicates the suit is of no moment. At least for today. Duke
