So, you have been with SNTKY since before the Tony Cataldo days? Tell me something about Tony Cataldo. Was he a great leader? He formerly served as chief executive officer and chairman of MTI Inc., a leading manufacturer and seller of trading systems software, where he was responsible for increasing the company's stock price ten-fold. In a similar post at Senetek, he boosted the firm's stock price five-fold. During Cataldo's three-year stint at Internet Systems, an Internet banking pioneer, he took the value from 0 to $70 million in revenues.>> biz.yahoo.com The reason I ask is because I am researching some companies for which Tony Cataldo is currently the President (Castnet.com, Subsidiary of EINI) and CEO (First Miracle Group, MVEE). After only being with MVEE and EINI a few months he has increased the shares outstanding of MVEE to over 1/2 Billion and both stock prices have reduced by more than half. He claims to be planning to do a reverse merger of EINI and MVEE. When I first started researching MVEE, it was about $.10. Now it's about $.005. EINI was about $.84. Now, EINI is fluctuating between $.25 and $.40. Why did Tony Cataldo resign from SNTKY in November 1998? Did it have anything to do with Windsor Capital? I found this EINI news release (www.eini.net) that mentions SNTKY, MVEE, and EINI: <<Over the past 12 months, Windsor Capital Fund has invested over $60 million in projects such as USA Global Communications (www.usagl.com), JuniorNet.com (www.juniornet.com), First Miracle Group (MVEE), Sector Communications, Inc., and Senetek PLC.>> At EINI Tony Cataldo has teamed up with somebody named Mohamed Hadid. Does that ring any bells? Any comments about Tony Cataldo would be appreciated.
