Yeah, but remember that they would issue the exact same statement if if it were discovered that Presario causes birth defects when not administered in a clinically recommended manner.

It is the "vigorously defend" photocopied press release.

There is nothing inherently wrong with a "copy cat" law suit, in fact its called a "precedent". What this is is a products liability case and CPQ does not seem to be in the same posture as Toshiba.

But, I like the fact like you do, I think, that the company had an immediate response.
