Gary what I was told is the 320/450 is the same switch. NN has used the 320 to be conservative and the timeline that I was told is that NN will have it available for testing in spring of 00. This should keep the US market happy. I would suggest (this is a guess) that part of the problem NN faced this Q is that a number of telcos in the US want to wait for the 50 as well as the deployment of the LMDS should start in Q 3. Based on what I understood prior to the CC this morning Q3&4 were expected to be quite large. The guidance NN gave to the street of 2.2 billion was conservative.

Alan Lutz has put in place a very good management team that continue to add value to the overall company.

Keeping NN employees happy should be Mr. Flynn's first objective.

Regards
Glenn
