Lionel, yes - AMAT goes down after splits. A chart with the split dates...

Lionel I am sorry I dont have a chart. I am sure someone else on the thread has one or perhaps I can look it up. Yes, as a long time AMAT holder it is my clear recollection that the time to sell is before the split. The semis are so hot right now that I will watch this closely if it occurs. But for now strategy will be to sell prior to the split.
