One observation and one question for you pallisard and pfister. First, I think you guys too often confuse a boilerplate disclaimer with a statement of fact regarding business status. Your position seems to be that if it is in a filing and it is negative, then it is a disclaimer. And if it is a disclaimer, well, disclaimers are to be ignored. Second, is it your position that both disclaimers and negative statements of fact on business condition/status are to be ignored or given little consideration?
