GE is a lot more than stoves and refrigerators. Scott has always talked about Computing being a utility so would could be more fitting than General ELECTRIC..

than again Scott also talked about intelligent stoves and refriegerators!

No to both, Mephisto. There has just been some fooling around on the thread along with the idea of GE buying out SUNW

Wait. We men reserve the right to assume that the quickest way to the big picture is by way of a conspiracy theory.

Now, it *could make a lot of sense that Scott McNealy replaces Jack Welsh (from the SUNW perspective). Anyway, what difference does it make? It's all about golfing!!
