Both sides are handcuffed to this deal. It's designed to be prohibitively expensive for one side to unilaterally call-off (CUBE can afford to call-off more easily than HLIT). Boys, these guys are committed - and that's the way it should be.

The heading in my previous post is inaccurate -- under section 7.3(a) CUBE must pay HLIT the $50M. Under section 7.3(b) HLIT must pay CUBE the $50M.
