Having been one of the targets of scorn from the NN cheerleaders, I had promised myself that I wouldn't bother to post on this thread anymore. But, I feel compelled to make one point and that is that until and unless TM is removed from control of this company it will continue the same sorry record that it has for the past few years. Trying to distance himself from Lutz is a joke. I believe that he will make it virtually impossible for NN to find a friendly suitor. This looks like a replay of CS...

My feeling is that TM is the prototypical example of the "peter principle" at the CEO level. He has shown that he can grow company's to a certain point, but, that he just isn't capable of taking a company into the big time.

Michael: That change in the Till makes your P/S quite valid.

My gut feel is that T.M, by virtue of his interest in other
Buisness has lost his passion about NN. Whilst leadership is very important, I think that the whole workforce and other Managers are partly to blame.

An earlier Contributor mentioned that NN's product lists for the American market are no longer "State of art". Surely all this did not happen in one Q. My question is: Why was this not foreseen by any one at NN much earlier.? One would imagine that their Industrial Intelligence/Market Research would have alerted them of the competition a long time ago.

As for a BUYOUT, I am interested to know whether with time they will get a better price or not. Based on the performance of the stock (High, Low annual P/E's) for the past 24 mths, I believe Time is acting against NN. Any comments.!

Thanks.
