Wayne. Cleaning up "busts" runs in my family because nearly all of the busts have been centered in real estate. (I helped clean up the big bad bank portfolios in the early 90's.) So a not too tough guess is that commercial real estate will be a part of the bomb equation along with derivative losses tied to the market and currencies. As far back as I can remember, from a relative point of view, there has never been sanity in the market. It always churns from overvaluation to undervaluation in individual sectors.
