Thanks Justa, I heard that ML report and that got my profit taking thinking going... I sold some LRCX after an 8 bagger... Got my money out. Allowed me to raise some cash and buy another stock I like that is in a different sector and has many, many analysts sitting on hold rather than BUY.
Now I am back down to 4% in LRCX... AMAT is at a lower weighting but still in the danger 4% zone so I will watch for a profit taking opportunity. Many are holding AMAT waiting for a split announcement to sell. I got $84 for LRCX so perhaps I can wear an honary trader button for today? 8)

Long term, hard to find an industry I would want to own more... who do you think will make the cap equipment for biosensors and nanobots? Chip use is just getting started too.... Still..... my sector weighting here was and still is HUGE so time to get more cautious with this exuberance and possible opportunity to get a Y2K scare (I am not counting on it and am NOT a trader, but like to have dry powder in case a good trade developes that is too compelling to ignore.)

My bond trader hat is still looking good. Bought BTTRX a couple of weeks ago when rates were 6.36%! Yahoo! 8)

thanks for the comments.

Justa -
Are you still making money shorting this sector?
