The worst is over. New CEO looks good on paper. Lets hope he can get WMI back on its feet.

This is kind of a Wall Street legend that is not at all accurate. A bad economy translates into lower waste volumes on the commercial side. The general belief that garbage is non-cyclical has been proven wrong in the past couple of recessions.
